See what your remodel costs — before you call anyone.

Most remodelers won't give you a number without a salesman in your living room. We don't work that way. Get an honest budget range in minutes.

A range is the honest answer. The final cost depends on the finishes you pick and what demolition turns up behind hundred-year-old plaster. Anyone who quotes an exact price sight unseen is guessing — or padding.

What the estimator prices

Kitchens and baths, priced honestly by scale and depth.

We price the work you can plan for online — same-footprint kitchens and baths at three levels of finish. Pick your room and depth; the estimator returns a range, not a form to fill out.

Kitchen remodels

Minor plumbing moves

Within the existing room

Relocating a sink, a toilet, or an appliance or two inside the room you already have. Small moves the estimator can account for. Moving a whole kitchen across the house is a phone call — see below.

Older-home adjustment

Built before 1980 · priced higher on purpose

In a coal-era row home, demo behind the plaster tends to reveal knob-and-tube wiring, galvanized supply lines, and soft subfloor. We build that reality into the range up front instead of surprising you with it on day three.

Real work, real old houses

Same footprint. Brought into this century.

No staged showrooms — these are coal-era kitchens and baths in the neighborhoods we work, before and after. What you don't see: the wiring and plumbing we fixed behind the walls to do it right.

The whole point of this page

Your instant budget range.

Question 1 of 3

What room?

Why homeowners pick us

The contractor who tells you the bad news early.

Twenty-two years working on the same kind of house you live in. Here's what you get in writing before a single wall comes down.

Licensed, insured & PA HIC registered

Pennsylvania Home Improvement Contractor registration on every job. Ask for the number — we'll hand it over.

In-house carpenters, not a rotating sub crew

The same people who quote your job are the ones in your house. We don't sub the whole thing out and hope.

Written fixed-scope contracts

Line-item scope, in plain language. You know exactly what's included before you sign.

A real schedule — start and finish dates

You get calendar dates, not "a few weeks." We tell you when we start and when you get your kitchen back.

Dust control & daily cleanup

Plastic walls, floor protection, and a broom at the end of every day. You still live here.

Workmanship warranty

We stand behind the work. If something we built isn't right, we come back.

How it works

Three steps, and dates you can hold us to.

No mystery, no nine-month kitchen. Here's the whole path from budget number to the day you get your room back.

Step 01

Get your range

Use the estimator for an honest budget in minutes. No form, no sales call, no obligation. Come back when the number works for you.

Step 02

Design consultation

We come see the space, help you pick finishes, and write a fixed-scope contract with real start and finish dates. Now the range becomes a firm number.

Step 03

We build it

Our own carpenters, dust control, daily cleanup, and a workmanship warranty. We finish on the date we gave you — that's the whole promise.

A standard of honesty

Some projects we won't price online.

Additions and bump-outs. Moving walls or opening up a floor plan. Relocating a kitchen or bath to another part of the house. Structural gut jobs. Whole-home renovations. Nobody can quote these honestly without standing in the room — so we don't pretend to with an online number. They start with a design consultation.

They gave us a real number before we ever met, and the final bill landed inside the range they quoted. First contractor who didn't make us feel talked into anything.

Century-old house, and they found the bad wiring the day they opened the wall — exactly like they warned us it might go. The contingency covered it. No drama, no surprise invoice.

Started when they said, finished when they said. The crew cleaned up every single day. We actually lived in the house the whole time and it was fine.
